The project focused on the dissemination of scientific and technology-based solutions for integrated vegetable cultivation and post harvest management technology. The programme aimed to adopt scientific packages of practices by helping small and marginal 150 SC farmers in Captainganj block of district Kushinagar.

- Scientific packages of practices reduced 25-30% cost of cultivation..
- Nursery within low tunnel polyhouse ensured plant survival by 95 percent.
- The extension and dissemination services through 05 community institutions like Agro Services Centre (ASC),
- Farmer Field School (FFS) and Self-Help Group (SHG) have played critical role in scaling up the technologies and high yielding varieties of vegetables.
- Reduced the post harvest losses of perishable vegetable crops through zero energy cool chamber.
- 145 small and marginal and women farmers increased their income by 25-40%
